Drapery Study (2018)

A drapery study I did in 2018 using Charcoal on an illustration board.

This was an observational illustration done in a classroom, and I used a reductive technique when illustrating the drapery - I first colored the board entirely with charcoal, and then rendered the lighter values of the drapery using an eraser.

I included this in part of my Breadth work for AP Studio Art.
